Das Bauprojekt beinhaltet Erschliessungsanlagen entlang der Bauertacherstrasse und dem Püntacherweg. Für die Umsetzung des Trennsystems ist der Bau von neuen Meteorwasserkanälen mit Einläufen in den Wannenbach beim Durchlass Püntacherweg und Bauertacherweg geplant. Für die Ergänzung der Wasser- und Stromversorgung, ist eine neue Wasserleitung und ein EW-Rohrblock geplant.
