Spital Bülach AG is procuring general metalwork and locksmith works for the expansion and renewal of Treatment Block D, supporting the hospital project’s construction and refurbishment.
- Deliverables
- Supply and install metalwork, including the rooftop cooling-unit enclosure and its façade cladding.
- Contract
- Unit prices remain fixed until completion; progress payments are 90%, with final payment subject to close-out conditions.
- Eligibility
- Annual turnover must be at least CHF 3.0 Mio. for each of the past three years; liability cover must be at least CHF 5 Mio.
- Award
- Award weighting: price 70%, reference quality and schedule/cost performance 20%, key-person experience 10%.
- Watch out
- The offer binds for 6 months; unit prices stay fixed through completion, and at least 50% of the work must be self-performed.
