Los 1: CoolCity Das Projekt CoolCity soll in Zukunft das City-Gebiet der Stadt Zürich zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Bürkliplatz sowie zwischen Limmat und Schanzengraben, inkl. Gebiet Brandschenke [docl2.1][docl2.2]mit erneuerbarer Wärme- und Kälte aus Seewasser versorgen. Für die weiterführenden Etappen der SIA-Phasen 51 – 53 wird für das Gesamtprojekt TP0 eine Bauherrenvertretung TP0 gesucht. Los 2: Mitte-Süd Das Projekt Mitte-Süd soll in Zukunft die Stadteile Hard, Sihlfeld, Wiedikon, Werd bis zur Brunau mit erneuerbarer Wärme versorgen. Dazu soll an der Stadtgrenze zu Schlieren eine grosse Energiezentrale mit einem Verbindungstunnel in die Stadt errichtet werden. Für die weitere Projektplanung der SIA-Phase SIA31-53 wird für das Gesamtprojekt TP0 eine Bauherrenvertretung TP0 gesucht.
