Il s'agit de la réfection des chaussées du quartier de Florimont, comprenant les chemins de Florimont, du Collège et du Plan-Bois, à la commune de Penthalaz. Les travaux comprennent également le remplacement de la superstructure des chaussées et la reconstruction des réseaux souterrains, notamment la mise en séparatif des eaux (EU/EC), la pose de nouvelles conduites d'eau potable, l'installation de nouveaux candélabres avec leurs réseaux d'alimentation, ainsi que le remplacement des tubes électriques.
