- Deliverables
- Two suppliers per lot will be referenced for business project management, technical project management or business analysis services.
- Contract
- Monthly billing is based on days worked; the contract may be renewed once for one year by written agreement.
- Eligibility
- A cantonal authorization for staff leasing, covering the relevant activities and executing establishment, is mandatory.
- Award
- Price weighs 25%; technical quality 35%, execution organisation 25%, sustainability 10% and supplier references 5%.
