Le bâtiment présente une structure mixte bois-béton et doit répondre aux exigences Minergie-ECO, notamment en matière de traçabilité et de provenance des matériaux bois. Les prestations sont réalisées en site occupé, le bâtiment scolaire demeurant en exploitation durant toute la durée du chantier.
