The City of Lausanne is selecting two partners to periodically inspect external gas connections and update their mapped locations, maintaining oversight of the city network.
- Deliverables
- Inspect gas connections and locate PE and metallic branches; follow SVGW G4f and SIL plans.
- Contract
- Two partners; prices are evaluated in CHF, with quantities indicative and no commitment.
- Eligibility
- Provide 3-4 comparable references completed within five years; company registration and quality-system certification required.
- Award
- Price 40%; technical quality and organisation 30%; organisation 10%; sustainability 10%; references 10%.
- Watch out
- Social and labour-protection breaches trigger contractual penalties: 10%, CHF 25,000, or 5%, capped at CHF 100,000.
