Achats - TMR SA is procuring renewal of 1,964 m of standard-gauge track across two sections, including Simplon Bridge, to rehabilitate the line between Martigny and Martigny Bourg.

Deliverables

Renew 270 m on Simplon Bridge and 1,694 m between Martigny and Martigny Bourg.

Contract

One works contract, paid on measured quantities at firm, non-adjustable prices; subcontracting is capped at 30%.

Eligibility

Railway-track contractor active over five years; market share capped at 30% of five-year turnover; submit 2-3 comparable references.

Award

Price 40%, key-person qualifications 15%, company experience 5%, methodology, planning and risk analysis 40%; methodology minimum score 3.

Watch out

Delay penalty is 5% of the order price per day, capped at 15%; prices remain fixed throughout the works.
