The Service immobilier et patrimoine is procuring annual maintenance of Valais Central automatic doors, platforms, barriers and bollards to keep equipment safe and operational.
- Deliverables
- Perform annual statutory checks, functional tests, technical inspections and documentation follow-up; guarantee 6-hour response during normal working hours.
- Contract
- One five-year framework contract; preventive maintenance is forfait-priced and invoiced annually; prices fixed, subject to adjustment if specified costs rise at least 5%.
- Eligibility
- Minimum staffing: 1 engineer or qualified technician, 2 qualified workers, 2 workers and 4 project staff total; submit 3 references under 10 years old or ongoing.
- Award
- Price weighs 60%, quality 15% and methodology and work planning 25%.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for 6 months; no price adjustment except the stated cost-rise mechanism, and no subcontractors are allowed.
