- Deliverables
- Build the 18.50 x 12.20 m timber structure, north shelter, projecting eaves and timber cladding.
- Contract
- Prices remain fixed for at least one year after completion; 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.2% deductions apply.
- Eligibility
- Submit a complete, signed offer; late or incomplete offers are excluded.
- Watch out
- Offers remain valid for three months beyond submission; price increases for labour and materials are rejected.
