Kantonales Tiefbauamt Thurgau is outsourcing management of traffic-count data from 188 sites using SmartTraffic over RDP, to maintain its motor-traffic and active-mobility monitoring network.
- Deliverables
- Deliver data analysis, data deliveries and annual-end processing for traffic statistics.
- Contract
- One provider; yearly fixed fee per site plus hourly rates, with options for 2028, 2029 and 2030.
- Eligibility
- Submit two comparable company references from the last 10 years and the qualifying-provider list certificate or supporting attestations.
- Award
- Award assesses key-person expertise, service concept and quality assurance, and price.
- Watch out
- Offers must be complete and signed by hand; submitted terms become part of the service contract.
