Das Wachtgebäude (WG) besteht aus einem Untergeschoss, einem Erdgeschoss und einem Obergeschoss und dient zur Kontrolle des Zugangs der Kaserne Auenfeld sowie zur Unterbringung von Arrestanten. Die Submission beinhaltet folgende Leistung: Erstellung der Flachdacharbeiten mit Gefällsdämmung und Polymerbitumen-Dichtungsbahnen auf dem neuen Hauptdach auf einer Fläche von rund 1'200 m2 inkl. Spenglerarbeiten und Blitzschutz.
