Zweckverband Abfallverwertung Bazenheid is procuring nine electric, low-entry refuse trucks as the second tranche of its fleet renewal, for multi-stream waste collection and underground-container emptying.

Mit dieser Ausschreibung sollen neun Kehrichtsammelfahrzeuge mit Elektroantrieb und Niederflurkabine sowie mit den entsprechenden Aufbauten und Kran für die Leerung von Unterflurbehälter beschafft werden. Die Fahrzeuge werden für die Kehrichtsammlung, die Papier- und Kartonsammlung wie auch für die Sammlung von Bio- und Grüngutabfällen eingesetzt. Sie müssen zudem sowohl für die Sacksammlung, die Leerung von Containern und Unterflurbehältern verwendet werden können. Der Auftraggeber weist darauf hin, dass die Finanzierung des Gesamtprojekts zum Zeitpunkt dieser Ausschreibung noch nicht abschließend gesichert ist Die Vergabe des Auftrags steht unter dem ausdrücklichen Vorbehalt der vollständigen und rechtzeitigen Bereitstellung der Finanzmittel beziehungsweise der Kreditzusage (Entscheid der Delegiertenversammlung). Sollte die Finanzierung nicht zustande kommen, behält sich der Auftraggeber vor, das Vergabeverfahren ganz oder teilweise aufzuheben. In diesem Fall sind Schadensersatzansprüche der Bieter, insbesondere wegen der Kosten für die Bearbeitung des Angebots, ausgeschlossen.
