Die Ausführung des Projekts «FGS 1271 Schule Neudorf und Strassensanierung Birkenweg bis Kirchenstrasse», besteht aus den Teilprojekten: «B71.5.05.010.001 FGS 1271 Schulhaus Neudorf» und «U71.5.010.680050 Strassensanierung Birkenweg bis Kirchenstrasse». Mit dem Kantonsstrassenprojekt wird ein gesicherter Fussgängerübergang mit Mittelinsel erstellt. Die Neudorfstrasse wird mit einer Trottoirüberfahrt ausgebildet. Die Strassenbeleuchtung und die Strassenentwässerung werden auf die neue Situation angepasst. Die Strassensanierung beinhaltet den kompletten Belagsersatz im Abschnitt Birkenweg bis Kirchenstrasse, den Einbau von zwei Trottoirüberfahrt für die Kirchstrasse und Im Hof. Strassenlänge 340 m Strassenbreite 6.5 m Fussgängerquerung mit Mittelinsel 1 Stk. Belagsabbruch gefräst 216 t Belagsabbruch nicht gefräst 1'044 t Fundationsersatz 2'210 t Asphaltbelag 1'556 t
