- Deliverables

- Contract
- One works contract; fixed prices through completion, with payment due within 45 days.

- Submit comparable flooring references no more than 5 years old and identify a qualified, available key person.
- Award
- Quality 35%, references and key person 25%, price 25%, sustainability 15%.
- Watch out
- The offer remains binding for 6 months; prices are fixed, and integrity breaches trigger a 10% penalty, minimum Fr. 3'000.-.
