Die Abwasserreinigungsanlagen (ARA) in Wil, Jonschwil, Zuzwil und Uzwil werden aufgehoben und es wird eine neue ARA auf dem Standort der ARA Uzwil in Niederuzwil gebaut. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Submission sind die gesamten Baumeisterarbeiten im Bereich Hochbau für die Bauetappe «West» der neuen ARA Thurau. Vorgängig bzw. parallel dazu erfolgen bauseits die Tiefbauarbeiten, bestehend aus Baugrube, Altlastensanierung (PFAS), sowie Erstellung der Pfahlfundation. Die Hochbauarbeiten müssen zu einem gewissen Grad der Etappierung / dem Bauablauf der Tiefbauarbeiten folgen.
