Für die Weiterbearbeitung und Realisierung des zur Bewilligung eingereichten Bauprojekts für die Sanierung und Umnutzung Kapuzinerkloster zur Musikschule ab SIA-Phase 41 bis und mit SIA-Phase 53 wird ein Generalplanerteam gesucht. Im Zentrum stehen die qualitätsvolle Weiterentwicklung des Projekts, der sorgfältige Umgang mit der denkmalgeschützten Bausubstanz sowie die architektonische und räumliche Vermittlung der neuen Nutzung als Musikschule. Das Planerteam muss folgende Fachbereiche abdecken: Generalplanung Architektur Baumanagement Bauingenieurwesen HLK-Planung Sanitärplanung Elektroplanung Brandschutz Türplanung / Schliessanlagen
