Um das Arbeitsplatzgebiet zwischen Seewen und Ibach mit einer ausreichenden Leistungsfähigkeit zu erschliessen, soll ein neuer Brückenschlag über die Muota mit Anschlüssen an die Gotthardstrasse sowie die Muotastrasse realisiert werden. Herzstück der neuen Strassenverbindung bildet der Bau einer rund 52 m langen Stahlbogenbrücke. Ergänzend sind die erforderlichen Vorlandbrücken sowie die Anschlussbauwerke an die bestehende Strasseninfrastruktur zu erstellen.
