Hochbauamt Kanton Schwyz is replacing all lighting at the Goldau vocational training centre with LED, following restrictions on conventional lamps, to renew the installation comprehensively.
- Deliverables
- Replace all lighting in stages during operation, partly by retrofit, including control adjustments and main distribution additions.
- Contract
- Unit prices cannot change for quantity variations; price escalation is excluded unless contract documents state otherwise.
- Eligibility
- The offer and all correspondence must be in German.
- Award
- Price carries 40%; execution terms, scheduling, references, key personnel and apprentices carry the remainder.
- Watch out
- Offers bind for 6 months; work is generally limited to official school holidays.
