Im Rahmen der Erweiterung der Schulanlage Gutenbrunnen in 8862 Schübelbach umfasst der Auftrag die Ausführung sämtlicher Spengler- und Bedachungsarbeiten sowie der Blitzschutzanlage als Abschluss und Sicherstellung der Gebäudehülle und des äusseren Schutzes der beiden Gebäude. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet die Planung, die Fertigung und die Montage aller notwendigen Bauteile der Dachentwässerung, Bekleidungen, Anschlüsse und Einfassungen aus Metall sowie sämtliche Abdichtungs- und Dachdeckungsarbeiten. Ebenfalls umfasst sind die Lieferung und Installation der kompletten Blitzschutzanlage inklusive Fangeinrichtungen, Ableitungen und Erdungssystem. Ergänzend sind die Arbeiten mit den von der Bauherrschaft beigestellten Bauteilen sowie mit angrenzenden Gewerken zu koordinieren und abzustimmen. Sämtliche Leistungen erfolgen während des laufenden Schulbetriebs und erfordern daher eine besonders sorgfältige Planung, Terminierung und Koordination.
