Der Beschaffungsgegenstand umfasst: Dienstleistungen für den Aufbau, die Integration und die Inbetriebnahme einer onpremise-betriebenen und auf Kubernetes basierenden Container-Plattform (Container-Cluster, Container-Toolstack, Container-Umsysteme). Lieferung sämtlicher benötigten Lizenzen für den Betrieb und die Nutzung über vier Jahre. Es kann eine open-source basierte Container-Plattform offeriert werden. Betriebs- und Supportleistungen sowie Dienstleistungen für die Umsetzung von Change Requests Nicht Teil des Beschaffungsgegenstands ist die Lieferung von Hardware. Die Plattform muss auf der bestehenden Virtualisierungs-Infrastruktur und dem Storage aufgebaut werden. Die bestehende Backup-Infrastruktur sowie die bestehende PKI, das Identity-Management, das SIEM, die Firewalls und die Loadbalancer/WAF werden weiterverwendet. Der Betrieb dieser Infrastrukturen ist ebenfalls nicht Teil dieser Ausschreibung. Die Netzwerk-Konfiguration innerhalb der Container-Plattform ist jedoch in Verantwortung des Anbieters und muss mitofferiert werden.
