Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet die Erarbeitung des Projektes «Integrales Infrastrukturprojekt Robert-Durrer-Strasse». Es sind die Grundleistungen nach SIA 103 / 112 (Ausgabe 2020) für die Phasen 32, 33, 41, 51, 52 und 53 sowie speziell in den Grundleistungen aufgeführte Leistungen zu erbringen (vgl. Dokument D). Insbesondere übernimmt der Projektingenieur die technische und fachliche Koordination von weiteren vom Auftraggeber beauftragten Planungs-, Ingenieur- und Fachbüros im Sinne eines Gesamtprojektleiters.
