Die Stadt Chur verfügt für ihre Verwaltungsgebäude über einen bestehenden Standard für die Beschaffung und Bewirtschaftung von Büromobiliar. Die zugrunde liegenden Vorgaben stammen aus dem Jahr 2019 und bilden die heutige Grundlage für die Möblierung der Verwaltungsstandorte. Seither haben sich sowohl die Anforderungen an moderne Arbeitsplätze als auch die Rahmenbedingungen für die öffentliche Beschaffung weiterentwickelt. Die Stadt Chur schreibt das standardisierte Büromobiliar deshalb neu aus. Ziel ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags für die zukünftige Lieferung von standardisiertem Büromobiliar für die Verwaltungsstandorte der Stadt Chur. Die bisherigen Standards werden dabei überprüft und, wo erforderlich, weiterentwickelt. Die Ausschreibung berücksichtigt sowohl den bestehenden Möbelbestand als auch die Anforderungen an eine wirtschaftliche, nachhaltige und langfristig einheitliche Möblierung der Verwaltungsstandorte. Dabei sollen insbesondere die Standardisierung und Kompatibilität der bestehenden Produkte sowie eine bedarfsgerechte Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Möbelkonzepts sichergestellt werden.
