Ville de Lancy is commissioning a general planner, architect, building-services and civil-engineering team for the extension, renovation and transformation of Tivoli school, to meet growing enrolment, DIP requirements and climate-adaptation needs.
- Deliverables
- Design and execute the project across SIA phases 31-53, including architecture, general planning, CVSR and civil engineering.
- Contract
- Only phase 32 for volet 1 and phase 31 for volet 2 are initially released; later phases are conditional.
- Eligibility
- Mandatory visit and two references: major public-building renovations over CHF 10 mios TTC, covering SIA phases 31-53.
- Award
- Six additional references are required; maximum points favour comparable projects exceeding CHF 20 mios TTC.
- Watch out
- Further phases depend on written release, construction credits and permits; worker-protection breaches incur CHF 10'000.- per violation.

La Ville de Lancy souhaite procéder à des travaux d’extension, de rénovation et de transformation du groupe scolaire Tivoli, y compris de son préau, située 15 Chemin Fief-de-Chapitre au Petit-Lancy (ci-après le Projet). En effet, la commune doit pouvoir répondre aux besoins grandissants de la population lancéenne, en constante augmentation, aux exigences du DIP, aux objectifs de diminution des effets d’îlot de chaleur de ses préaux et à la nécessaire rénovation de ses groupes scolaires. L’objet du présent marché porte sur l’attribution d’un mandat d’architecte endossant le rôle d’un planificateur général, d’un ingénieur chauffage ventilation sanitaire régulation, et enfin d’un ingénieur civil pour la conception et réalisation du Projet.
