Transport publics genevois (tpg) is commissioning a multi-level tabletop exercise after the need to test its full crisis decision chain against a major cyber incident affecting physical operations.
- Deliverables
- Design, prepare, facilitate and evaluate a ransomware scenario affecting two sets of critical systems; provide a RETEX.
- Eligibility
- Provide 3 relevant references completed within 5 years; one must cover transport, industry or critical infrastructure, and one industrial or control systems.
- Award
- Technical quality 40%, economic quality 35%, references 20%, sustainability 5%; price uses method T2.
- Watch out
- Offers remain firm for 12 months; late-delivery penalties are at least 0.5% per day, capped at 10% of contract value.
