- Deliverables
- Deliver full design, construction and commissioning through SIA phase 53, including administration, after-school care, local groups, municipal works and protected apartments.
- Contract
- The study phase is paid CHF 350'000 TTC, credited toward the contract; the construction contract is conditional on permits and construction credit.
- Eligibility
- Submit 2 to 3 comparable construction references completed within 10 years, plus references for the project lead and deputy.
- Award
- Price weighs 33%, references 12%, organisation and resources 15%, and project quality 40%.
- Watch out
- If the contract does not take effect, only CHF 350'000 TTC is due; no further compensation is payable.
