The State of Fribourg, Buildings Service is procuring fixed partitions and glazed or solid doors for the Bellechasse prison expansion and transformation, supporting new detention facilities and upgraded existing spaces.
- Deliverables
- Supply and install interior or exterior partitions and doors, including EI30, EI60, RC2, P4A, P6B, FB7 and active opacity glazing.
- Eligibility
- Submit four references from the last 10 years, including two comparable-value mandates and two security-sector projects.
- Award
- Price 50%; execution organisation 30%; company organisation 10%; references 10%.
- Watch out
- Work takes place inside an operating, accredited high-security prison; defects security is 10% or 5%, with a two-year term.
