Objet et étendue du marché : Le présent marché porte sur les travaux d'étanchéité et de ferblanterie pour la construction d'une école primaire et d'une salle de sport à Massonnens (FR), Chemin sur la Vella 1, parcelle n° 515. Le marché comprend notamment : L'étanchéité des toitures plates du bâtiment ; Les ouvrages de ferblanterie et de couvertine ; La gestion de la rétention et de l'évacuation des eaux de toiture, selon l'étude hydraulique annexée La coupole de désenfumage S-TOI.
