Allgemein: Der Neubau der Sporthalle wird direkt an das bestehende Gebäude O’Bloc (Kletterhalle) angebaut. Das Projekt wird im Minergie A-Eco-Standard erstellt. Sämtliche zu verbauenden Materialien müssen dem Eco-Katalog entsprechen. Das Untergeschoss und Garderobentrack erfolgten in Massivbauweise (Beton). Die ganze Halle wird in Holzbauweise erstellt. BKP-spezifisch: Umgebungsarbeiten für Werkhof und Sporthalle. Zaunarbeiten, Fundationen, Bodenaufbauten, Oberflächenbegrünung und -bepflanzung. Der Vorplatz der Sporthalle soll als Treffpunkt mit Wasserspiel, Sitzgelegenheiten und schattenspendenden Bäumen aufgewertet werden.
