Es ist in Mischbauweise Beton/Mauerwerk/Holzbau erstellt und hat ein Kupferdach. Das Kupferdach wird nicht erneuert. Vorgesehen ist eine energetische Erneuerung - Innendämmung, Erneuerung Haustechnik. Das Gebäude verfügt über 6 Kitagruppen, Regenerationsküche, Personalräume und Gemeinschaftsräume.
