Demontage alter Öltank/Ölheizung inkl. Stilllegung der bestehenden Deckenheizung. Der Anschluss an das Fernwärmenetz ist bis zur Hauseinführung bereits erfolgt, woran nun neu angeschlossen werden soll. Ersatz der Wärmeaufbereitung für das Hauptprojekt (Looslistrasse 37+39) sowie Teilprojekt (Looslistrasse 31-35). Erneuerung/Totalersatz der Wärmeverteilung und Heizsystem mittels Röhrenradiatoren für das Hauprojekt.
