- Eligibility
- Provide one comparable industrial, logistics or storage-hall reference, completed within 10 years, with construction volume of at least CHF 5.0 Mio. exkl. MWST.
- Award
- Price weighs 40%, offer quality 30% and provider quality 30%; four key staff are assessed on experience.

Der Architekt ist zuständig für die architektonische Bearbeitung der Lagerhalle inklusive Büro- und Infrastrukturflächen sowie die anschliessenden Aussenanlagen und die Anlieferung, die Erschliessung und Anbindung an das bestehende Werkstattareal und die Integration in die bestehende Infrastruktur und Medienerschliessung, Er koordiniert die Fachplaner und Spezialisten. Der detaillierte Leistungsbeschrieb kann dem Dokument 3.2 Pflichtenheft entnommen werden.
