Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) is replacing the Biel service facility’s existing transfer table, restored and upgraded but nearing end of life, to renew the installation.

- Two comparable, successfully completed rail or public-transport projects from the last five years are required.

- Price criteria total 56%; SBB requirements count 40%, OT 5%, and EcoVadis 3%.

- On-site technical support must respond within 24 hours; liability cover must be at least CHF 10 million annually.
