- Provide one comparable completed project from the last 5 years, particularly around CHF 300'000.-, and average annual turnover at least twice the bid amount.
- Award
- Price carries 70%; technical competence and organisation each carry 15%.

Erstellen, Liefern, Parametrieren, Prüfen und betriebsbereites Inbetriebsetzen der MRWA-Steuerung für die maschinelle Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlage des Atriums Gebäude Süd. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die MRWA-Zentrale mit Schaltgerätekombination, Steuerungs- und Funktionsmodule, Netzteile, Batteriepufferung, Überspannungsschutz, Bedien- und Anzeigeeinrichtungen sowie sämtliche Schnittstellen zu Brandmeldeanlage, Gebäudeleitsystem und bauseitigen Feldkomponenten. Die Steuerung ist für die Ansteuerung und Überwachung der Entrauchungsventilatoren, Frequenzumrichter und motorischen Nachströmöffnungen auszulegen. Bestandteil der Leistung sind herstellerspezifische Werk- und Ausführungsplanung des MRWA-Lieferanten, Parametrierung, Dokumentation, Prüfungen, Datenpunkt- und Schnittstellentests, Inbetriebsetzung, Funktionsnachweis sowie die Instruktion des Betriebspersonals. Sämtliche für einen vollständigen, normenkonformen und betriebsbereiten Anlagenbetrieb erforderlichen Komponenten und Nebenleistungen sind einzurechnen.
