Die BVB suchen im Rahmen der vorliegenden Beschaffung einen Vertragspartner für den Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags. Der Rahmenvertrag legt fest, zu welchen Konditionen die BVB während der Dauer von fünf Jahren einzelne PKW – LOS1 und Nutzfahrzeuge - LOS2 verschiedener Kategorien beim Vertragspartner beschaffen können. Ausserdem verpflichtet sich der Vertragspartner im betreffenden Rahmenvertrag, für die beschafften PKW - LOS1 und Nutzfahrzeuge – LOS2 während der Dauer von zwölf Jahren ab 1. Inverkehrssetzung des Fahrzeugs Unterhaltsleistungen zu bestimmten Bedingungen anzubieten
