BLT Baselland Transport AG seeks a general planning team for the first stage of its Hüslimatt operating-site redevelopment, adapting facilities to growing transport, staffing and infrastructure needs while keeping operations running.
- Deliverables
- Plan and realise stages 1, including temporary facilities, across SIA phases 3.31 to 5.53; the bus depot serves 99 buses.
- Contract
- Construction cost estimate: 185'583, excluding fees, reserves and temporary facilities.
- Eligibility
- Prequalification requires relevant architecture, civil engineering and construction management references; at least one must document sustainability certification.
- Award
- Award weights task approach and fee offer 25 each, presentation 20, project design and key personnel 15 each.

Die BLT AG schreibt mit dem vorliegenden Verfahren die Erbringung von Generalplanerleistungen für die Etappe 1 der Arealentwicklung Hüslimatt in Oberwil aus. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Planung und Projektierung der vorgesehenen Bauvorhaben über sämtliche erforderlichen Fachdisziplinen hinweg. Grundlage bilden die bestehende Machbarkeitsstudie sowie das Vorprojekt für die Gesamtentwicklung des Areals. Der Auftrag beinhaltet insbesondere die Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Vorprojekts, die Erarbeitung wirtschaftlicher und betrieblich optimierter Lösungen für die Etappe 1 sowie die Koordination aller Planungsbeteiligten über die relevanten SIA-Phasen. Die Planung erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Betriebs sowie der vorgegebenen Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsziele.
