- Deliverables
- Deliver SAP EDM and an MDM system, including migration, integration, implementation, maintenance and support.
- Contract
- Separate implementation and operation/support contracts per lot; support contracts may be extended seven times by up to 12 months.
- Eligibility
- All lot-specific suitability criteria must be fully met and evidenced, or the offer is excluded.
- Award
- Price weighs 50% for EDM and 45% for MDM; EDM also includes a 10% presentation assessment.
- Lot 1
- SAP EDM concept, implementation, migration, integration, rollout, maintenance and support.
- Lot 2
- Supply and implement an MDM system, including migration, integration, maintenance and support.
