Swissgrid AG is replacing existing earth wires with OPGW 144 FO cables and needs installation acceptance inspections to verify and document the works on its overhead lines.

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Durchführung von Montageabnahmen im Zusammenhang mit dem Ersatz bestehender Erdseile durch OPGW 144 FO-Seile auf verschiedenen Hochspannungsfreileitungen von Swissgrid. Der Auftrag ist in zwei Lose gegliedert: Los 1 – Deutschschweiz,Tessin: Montageabnahmen an den Projekten TR1011, TR1270 und TR1930 mit insgesamt 361 Masten und rund 125 km Leitungslänge. Los 2 – Westschweiz: Montageabnahmen an den Projekten TR1570, TR1600 und TR1602 mit insgesamt 319 Masten und rund 104 km Leitungslänge. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Kontrolle der Erdseilbefestigungen, Seilschlaufen und Seilabführungen, Schwingungsdämpfer und Flugwarnkugeln sowie des Seildurchhangs. Je nach Projekt sind zusätzlich Latchway-Systeme, Steigvorrichtungen bzw. Steigbolzen sowie weitere ausgeführte Anpassungen an den Freileitungsanlagen zu kontrollieren. Die durchgeführten Montageabnahmen sind gemäss den vorgegebenen Abnahmeprotokollen zu dokumentieren.
