Expansion of the Reuss-Schachen wastewater treatment plant: timber construction

Abwasserverband Reuss-Schachen is procuring manufacture, delivery and installation of timber buildings for biological and mechanical wastewater treatment. The plant’s expansion is required as wastewater from ARA Obfelden is redirected there, nearly doubling the site’s load.
- Deliverables
- Timber construction including façades for the biological and mechanical treatment buildings, in two stages.
- Contract
- Akkord offer; payment follows measured quantities at the bill-of-quantities prices.
- Eligibility
- Submit at least two comparable, completed references no older than 10 years for the firm and key personnel.
- Award
- Price 70%, references 20%, and apprentice training 10%.
- Watch out
- The offer remains binding for 3 months; no bad-weather compensation is paid.
