Stadtrat Laufenburg is procuring civil engineering and pipe-laying works for district heating, water and electricity networks, advancing several utility projects including a district-heating feeder.

- Price 65%, competence 30% and apprentices 5%; competence scores references for the firm and key staff.

Die Stadt Laufenburg sowie der Wärmeverbund Laufenburg beabsichtigen die Realisierung mehrerer Leitungsbauvorhaben für Fernwärme, Wasserversorgung und Elektroversorgung. Das Projekt umfasst die Erstellung neuer Fernwärmeleitungen inklusive zugehöriger Schächte, Kabelschutzanlagen und Werkleitungsquerungen sowie die Erneuerung und Anpassung von Wasserversorgungs- und Elektroanlagen. Fernwärmetrasse: ca. 685 m. Wasserversorgungsleitungen PE d160: ca. 510 m. Wasserversorgungsleitungen PE d63: ca. 233 m. Grabenaushub: ca. 2'200 m³. Verfüllmaterial (Sand und Kies): ca. 2'200 m³. Belagswiederherstellungen: ca. 1'800 m². Rohrvortriebe: DN 711: ca. 55 m DN 610: ca. 16 m DN 324: ca. 55 m Besondere Anforderungen Aufrechterhaltung von Zufahrten und Zugängen für Anwohner, Gewerbebetriebe und öffentliche Infrastrukturen während der gesamten Bauzeit. Arbeiten im Bereich von Kantonsstrassen und Bahnanlagen mit erhöhten Anforderungen an Sicherheit, Bauablauf und Koordination. Nachtarbeiten im Bereich der Verbindung zum Alterswohnheim (Los 6) sind vorzusehen. Sämtliche neu erstellten Werkleitungen sind gemäss Vorgaben des Auftraggebers einzumessen und digital zu dokumentieren. Die Arbeiten erfolgen etappiert unter laufendem Betrieb bestehender Werkleitungen und unter Berücksichtigung zahlreicher Werkleitungsquerungen.
