Notebook Schulen (2027+)
IT Services Zug AG is replacing school notebooks for pupils and teachers with devices and Device-as-a-Service, including support and repairs.
- Deliverables
- Supply notebooks, docking stations and accessories, with configuration, rollout, device management, support, repairs and returns.
- Contract
- One-supplier framework; call-offs follow actual demand, with no minimum purchase commitment.
- Eligibility
- Two comparable references from the past seven years, adequate creditworthiness and a documented service organisation guaranteeing response within < 6 h are required.
- Award
- Price by measured quantities weighs 50%; service concepts 30%, device test 10%, references 5% and presentation 5%.
- Watch out
- The offer remains binding for three months; late delivery can incur penalties up to 10% of the relevant contract remuneration.
