- One provider; payment by actual quantities, with no minimum purchase; extendable by up to 1 year.
- Eligibility
- Submit two comparable references from the past seven years and prove direct network influence and escalation rights.
- Award
- Price carries 60%; network influence, multi-SIM and support each 10%, migration 5%, 5G SA 5%.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for at least 180 days; all ancillary costs must be included.
