Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Lieferung und Ausführung der Wandbeläge aus keramischen Platten für den Neubau des Alterszentrums «Wohnen am Stadtpark» in Schlieren mit 60 Alterswohnungen, 24 Pflegezimmern sowie Restaurant- und Nebenräumen. Das Untergeschoss, Erdgeschoss und 1. Obergeschoss werden in Massivbauweise ausgeführt, die Obergeschosse 2 bis 5 in Holzbauweise.
