Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Lieferung und Montage der allgemeinen Schreinerarbeiten für den Neubau des Alterszentrums «Wohnen am Stadtpark» in Schlieren mit 60 Alterswohnungen, 24 Pflegezimmern sowie Restaurant- und Nebenräumen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere Einbauschränke, Garderoben, etc. gemäss Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Das Untergeschoss, Erdgeschoss und 1. Obergeschoss werden in Massivbauweise ausgeführt, die Obergeschosse 2 bis 5 in Holzbauweise. Der detaillierte Leistungsumfang ist den Ausschreibungsunterlagen zu entnehmen.
