Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich is procuring specialist planning and technical supervision for selected electromechanical overhauls at Waldhalde power station, to support safe operation through the end of its concession in 2047.
- Deliverables
- Work covers tendering, execution, commissioning and close-out; options include a low-water runner, generator overhaul and machine-train fingerprint measurements.
- Contract
- One contract; fees are cost ceilings, with options only on written call-off.
- Eligibility
- Requires two comparable references from the past 10 years, CHF 500'000 annual turnover in each of the past two financial years, and qualified key staff with German proficiency.
- Award
- Award weights: price 40%, offer quality 30%, key staff 15%, references 10%, apprentices 5%; presentations may be requested.
