- Deliverables
- Provide and integrate the portal, including onboarding, forms, PROMs, document exchange and invoice copies; operate and maintain it.
- Contract
- One general contractor; costs evaluated over 7 years, comprising 5 fixed years and 2 optional years.
- Eligibility
- Meet all participation and suitability criteria; missing required evidence or any unmet criterion excludes the bid.
- Award
- Portal requirements weigh 40%, approach and team 30%, and 7-year costs 30%; minimum 500 of 940 written-assessment points.
- Watch out
- Offer submission accepts the supplied contract drafts and IKT terms; confidentiality breaches can incur CHF 20'000 per violation.

Die Universitätsklinik Balgrist beabsichtigt die Beschaffung eines Patientenportals als digitale Kommunikationspattform für alle Patientinnen und Patienten entlang der Patient Journey. Mit der Einführung des Patientenportals sollen administrative und medizinische Informationen strukturiert digital zwischen dem UKB und den Patientinnen und Patienten ausgetauscht werden können. Der Beschaffungsgegenstand umfasst die Bereitstellung der Softwarelösung, Integration und Realisierung von Schnittstellen in die UKB IT-Systemlandschaft, Einführungsdienstleistungen sowie Support, Betrieb und Wartung.
