- Contract
- Initial costs capped at CHF 30'000; annual running costs paid quarterly, with a contract of at least 2 years.
- Eligibility
- Pass all exclusion-rated criteria: qualified staff, print and digital editorial experience, creditworthiness, and political and religious independence.
- Award
- Price and terms carry 30 of 100 points; organisation, content, print and digital execution each carry 15.
