- Deliverables
- Provide inspections, maintenance and fault management for ventilation and air-conditioning systems, 365 days yearly, 16 hours daily.
- Contract
- Annual flat fees cover core services; fault repairs are hourly, with up to 2 one-year extensions.
- Eligibility
- Submit compliant firm references, staff-capacity information, a debt-register extract not older than 6 months and liability insurance.
- Award
- Price 70%; key-person reference projects 20%; offer quality 10%.

Gegenstand und Umfang dieser Ausschreibung ist die Wartung der Lüftungsanlagen des städtischen ShopVille. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Durchführung von Inspektionen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie das Störungsmanagement gemäss den Vorgaben des SLA für die Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen. Die Leistungen sind an 365 Tagen im Jahr während 16 Stunden pro Tag sicherzustellen.
