- Deliverables
- Provide the GEVER application, project services and RKK migration for 193 RKK and 236 SV and city-parish users.
- Contract
- One contract; monthly application fee, project hourly rates, migration capped at CHF 15,000; extension option up to 5 years.
- Eligibility
- All mandatory participation, suitability and technical requirements must be met and evidenced; partial offers are excluded.
- Award
- Price, quality and a live presentation are assessed; the lowest price receives 3’000 points.
- Watch out
- Prices remain binding for at least five years; the offer must remain valid for 180 days.

Ab dem 1. Januar 2029 müssen die Katholische Kirche und die zugehörigen Organe im Kanton Zürich eine vorgabenkonforme, digitale Informationsverwaltung gewährleisten, was die Einführung einer GEVER-Applikation erfordert, um den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Dokumenten und Informationen zu verwalten. Mit dem vorliegenden offenen Ausschreibungsverfahren beschaffen die Römisch-katholische Körperschaft (RKK) und der Verband röm.-kath. Kirchgemeinden (SV) gemeinsam eine GEVER-Applikation, um eine effiziente, transparente und gesetzeskonforme digitale Geschäftsverwaltung gewährleisten zu können. Diese soll bei beiden Verwaltungsorganen sowie aus strukturellen Gründen bei den 23 Kirchgemeinden der Stadt Zürich (KG Stadt) eingeführt werden. Mit der Ausschreibung wird die Grundlage für die jeweiligen GEVER-Projekte sowie den künftigen Betrieb und die zugehörigen Dienstleistungen geschaffen.
