Für die Ausführung der Sanierungsarbeiten sind die Dachflächen mit einer Gesamtfläche von rund 5'200 m² vollständig freizulegen. Dies beinhaltet den Rückbau der bestehenden Dachbegrünung einschliesslich der Entfernung von Sträuchern, Bäumen und des vorhandenen Erdsubstrats. Nach Abschluss der Abdichtungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten werden die Dachflächen wiederhergestellt und unter Berücksichtigung aktueller ökologischer Anforderungen neu begrünt.
